I told a few members that I would continue refining the gem creating actions, and here are the results of those experiments. Each action creates a new 300 ppi image (between 3 and 2 inches square, depending on the effect) and generates the gem from scratch... no user input required. Multiple color variations included including B/W only for easy coloring and conforming to your designs. These are easily resized as needed, and make great sequins as well.
Here's the breakdown on the new gem creating actions:

This action creates a new image and dynamically creates woven threads.. them forms them into a woven patch as seen in the example.
The final image is easily resized and recolored for whatever application you need it for. Simply drag and drop the patch into the document you are working on.

Simply open a photo, run one of the actions and watch as Photoshop turns it into a Victorian-style cloth square. 4 of the 6 actions in this set even inckude stitches, so you can easily piece them together with other patterns you have created for a digital quilt!!!
NOTE: 2 of the actions in this set actually stitch the photo onto the quilting square!
These are easily resized and recolored for whatever application you need them for. Simply drag and drop the tiles into the document you are working on.

First up are the new Wacom-Brushes Action. Don't fret if you do not have a tablet... it works fine with a mouse as well. The action is a members area item that turns any sketch or doodle into a stylized, geometric brush... check out the examples to the left. The action actually defines 3 brushes for every doodle... quickly build your designing toolbox with this one!
